Whats wrong with this picture?!
Our (Yankees) pitching sucks! The Young Phil Hughes ain’t doing shit for me so far and neither are any of the other young dudes we have in our rotation. It’s like every other day we call a new one up and give him a shot and every other day, he disappoints. It’s really hard to say it but I’m starting to feel like we should have traded for Johan Santana. Granted he gets injured alot, but these dudes ain’t peeking fast enough and they’re doing nothing for me at the moment. It’s like unless Pettite or Wang pitches, we’re not making it into the 7th inning with a lead. And then after they come out, who knows whats going to happen.
I dunno man, It’s real hard to say it but I know it’s in the back of every Yankee fans mind right now including mine. If we had Johan on our team, we’d win the World Series this year hands down. Instead, we’re last place and under 500%. Not exactly how I wanted to go into this first Subway Series of the year. Let’s hope we don’t get swept :(
I really want tickets for the Subway Series at Shea. Anybody?

LOL…While I am rooting for a Mets vs. Yankees world series (Yanks in 6 games) and I don’t doubt the Mets will make it that far this year, I still don’t think they have what it takes to beat any of the top AL Teams. So…if it happens we don’t make it that far and you guys do…good luck.
