Oh man. I wish I had the Youtube clip to accompany this post but it just happened not but 30 minutes ago. I’m watching MSNBC and I don’t recall her name but a woman senator (I could be wrong about her position) who is 100% Pro Choice (she was adamant about stating that over and over) said she was dissappointed that NARAL (Pro Choice Organization) had endorsed Barack Obama and that she personally like other women (mostly Hillary based voters) felt abandoned by their decision. Which then led the host to ask “But why can only a woman get the endorsement of NARAL? Why can only Hillary get that endorsement and not Barack?” and the poor thing tried and tried to fish for an answer but couldn’t come up with 1 solid argument as to why Hillary should get that endorsement and not Barack other than “Hillary has been 100% pro choice and if you look at Obama’s record, you’ll see some light between the differences in Hillary and Him”.

If there ever was a time I felt like a female employee who had been working hard at a company for over 10 years and denied a promotion over a new Male employee who just began and been given a corner office and a VP title…it was right there. Sexism at its finest!
So this chick means to tell me that if I’m running for president, and I’m pro choice, but theres another female president candidate who is pro choice as well…she automatically gets the nomination because she has a uterus?! BITCH, I’M PROVIDING THE FUCKIN SPERM FOR THAT UTERUS! I BELIEVE THAT IS A 50/50 DECISION. WITHOUT MY NUT IN YOU, YOU AINT POPPIN OUT SHIT! YOUR UTERUS IS AS GOOD AS YOUR APPENDIX TO THE WORLD. Oh man…I thought I’d never see the day where I had to use this argument in my life. The nerve of this chick. This chick acts like theres never been such a thing as a Dead Beat MOM or a single Father raising his kids. Like anything child related is strictly woman based and should always go to women first. Just because shit doesn’t go your way, you can’t start changing up shit at the last minute man…these fucking Hillary supporters kill me. I’m not Anti-Hillary at all (shocker) but the people in her camp and her supporters are fucking unbelievable when it comes to not throwing in the towel and trying to find loop holes. These dudes are like Malcom at the window, by any means right now. I guess I can count out that Maxi Pad company endorsement as well you know. God forbid!

you’re too funny. you’re right though, and i hate how people say the mothers do most of the work. if there is a father around…thats hit is 50/50…unless she’s a stay-at-home mother; that’s her choice.

I do agree with most of what you said. But one point I have to make is that the actual “Choice” that would be made other than having a baby, usually is in the hands of a woman. Now I am in no way saying that is completely right, or fair but it’s just a fact. You can’t make a pregnant woman’s decision for her.
But my point is that the actual procedure when it is done, will only be ever done to a woman and no man will ever have to experience anything closely related to that.
So this part:

You Over did it a little there I feel, I’m sorry homie but you did. Because yes Men may be hurt by a decision to abort or keep a child, but the Uterus is taking the damage.
I do not feel the promotion should be given to a certain sex, but I do feel it should be given to the person that has done more for the cause and spoken more openly and surely of it. With no switching. Whom that person is a matter of opinion and facts and really only up to NARAL to decide. I think what she should not have done was say that she was “disappointed” and that other women were as well. I think she should have heard it and accepted it for the cause in general.
But we all no she is bitter and is not bowing out for the greater of good of America, so that we can focus on fighting against The Republican’s instead of each other when our goals are so common. And when I say “we” I mean Democrats. So now, yes… I do Believe she is embarrassing herself and not representing women well at all.

Well…I will admit that on that point, yes, the woman goes through more but in breaking it down Pre-Pregnancy: The Men play just as big a role, During Pregnancy: Its all the woman’s role, After Birth: It’s 50/50 again. She was talking like “of course the woman deserves that endorsement, what the hell does Obama know about giving birth” like he doesnt have 2 kids. I dunno…I just found that shit mad…sexist…I guess.
