Sorry for the disappearing act today but I had to get up at 10am for my sisters Graduation today with about 4 hours of sleep in me and anybody who’s been to a graduation before can tell you they’re long as shit for no reason. I had the ipod near death, writing rhymes until it was her time to come up and afterwards knocked out and got a lil bit of sleep snuck in on the way to dinner. Dogged a Double Bacon Cheeseburger like SEE YA! and on my way in saw that one of the stores around my way (well…the whole mall for that matter) was going out of business, so I decided to see if I could get any furniture to revamp my closet situation since I have more tee shirts than anyone in this world and my entire closet is full, drawer is full and I have dufflebags and bags around my room stuffed with shirts as well. I’m the worst!…but I keep it clean tho! I keep it clean! (c) Next Friday. Anyway, that didn’t happen…went back home, caught the 7pm edition of “Hardball” and straight up KNOCKED OUT on the couch. 4 Hours later…here we are after finally getting my 8 hours of total sleep the hard way.

I don’t always express myself with words, especially to my family members b/c it gets mad akward but I always do it with music (put my mother on to “Hey Mama” pre-tragedy and “He Say, She Say” by Lupe on her iPod). So what was I to do on this day she became legendary…everything she dreamed of…Get up, right after getting ready, still half asleep, her in her room, me in mine next door, still haven’t said 1 word to each other since we were both like Lurch…I turn up my speakers and bump “Good Morning”.

“I guess this is my dissertation. Homie, this shit is basic. Welcome to Graduation! Good Morning.”
