Feeling Like A Mets Fan in 2007.

When I look at this picture taken after today’s game I just want to ask them “WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GUYS SO EXCITED ABOUT?!” You shouldn’t be excited about ANYTHING, you should be ASHAMED! 13 fucking innings against the Kansas City Royals?! Really?! What the fuck makes you think you can even contend against any team in the playoffs when you have to go 13 innings against the Royals?!

That game could have been over in the 9th inning but NOPE…Joe Girardi said to himself “We just might win this one, lets NOT bunt” and on to 5 hours of baseball we go. What a fucking disgrace! This is just fuckin disgusting and sorry to watch at this point. For the first time in 13 years the Yankees are NOT going to the playoffs and you can thank George Steinbrenner’s greedy ass for that. Somewhere in LA Joe Torre is laughing his ass off. 

10 Games behind in the division, 6 games behind in the wildcard. Meanwhile, the Mets are in first place by 2 games in their division. So you mean to tell me THE METS…are making the playoffs and the Yankees aren’t even CLOSE to? Unbefuckinglievable! The Mets collapse in September 2007 was the worst in MLB history but in retrospect, at least they made it that far. My team has given up on me in August. Completely shut down and do not care about contending for the first time in my history of watching them. “Next Year is ours”…NO…HOW ABOUT THIS YEAR! ITS FUCKING AUGUST! 

I can keep going on WHY they fucking suck but just thinking about this shit makes me sick to my stomach.
